How we make your order
Every Afrofa piece is made to order. Nothing is held in stock. When you place an order, production begins within 1–2 business days, and your item is made specifically for you.
This is a deliberate choice — it means zero overproduction, zero waste, and a garment made with care rather than manufactured in bulk.
Total time from order to delivery is typically the production time plus the shipping time for your region.
Production time
Most orders are produced and dispatched within 2–5 business days of being placed. During busy periods this may extend slightly. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves production.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times can vary due to local postal services, customs processing, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. The exact cost will always be shown before you complete your purchase.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
If you have not received a dispatch email within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@afrofa.com.
Customs and import duties
Afrofa is based in Poland. Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to customs duties.
Orders shipped outside the EU — including to the UK, USA, and other countries — may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your country's government and are entirely outside our control. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict, refund, or reimburse these costs.
If you are unsure whether duties apply in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if you believe your order has been lost, contact us at hello@afrofa.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
