At Afrofa, we strive to provide high-quality print-on-demand apparel and exceptional customer service. Because our products are custom-made to order, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency.


1. General Return Policy

1.1. No Returns for Change of Mind: As all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.

1.2. Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we will offer a free replacement or refund. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

1.3. Eligibility for Returns: We only accept returns or replacements if:

  • The item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
  • You provide photographic evidence of the issue.
  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return & Replacement Process

2.1. How to Request a Return:

  • Contact our support team at store.afrofa@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description.
  • We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

2.2. Resolution Options:

  • Replacement: A new item will be printed and shipped at no cost.
  • Refund: If a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

2.3. Return Shipping: In most cases, returns are not required. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions, and the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Orders placed with incorrect size, color, or design selection by the customer.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Any item reported beyond the 14-day return window.

4. Order Cancellations & Modifications

4.1. Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, production begins, and cancellations are not possible.

4.2. Modifications: If you need to change your order details (size, color, address), please contact us within 2 hour of placing the order.
