Our t-shirts are made from 100% recycled Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton. They run true to size with a relaxed unisex retail fit — not boxy, not slim. When in doubt, size up.

Size down one. The cut has enough room that sizing down gives a closer fit without feeling tight across the chest or shoulders.

Hoodies

Our hoodies are made from an 8.5oz premium cotton-faced fleece — heavier and warmer than most hoodies. They have a relaxed unisex fit but run one size small. We strongly recommend sizing up.

Important — this hoodie runs small. The M2580 fits approximately one size smaller than standard. If you normally wear a Medium, order a Large. If you are between sizes, always size up.

For the best fit, order one size larger than you normally would. The M2580 runs small and the heavier fleece feels more fitted than lighter hoodies.

Oversized look

For a relaxed, oversized feel

Size up two. The heavy fleece and premium construction mean an oversized M2580 feels intentional — not sloppy.

Framing guide
Standard frames: All Afrofa posters are ISO sizes — frames in A3, A2, and A1 are widely available from IKEA, Desenio, and most home stores. No custom framing required.
Mounting without a frame: All three sizes work well with simple poster clips or washi tape for a minimal, contemporary look.
Choosing between sizes: Measure your wall and leave at least 10–15cm of breathing room on each side. If you're unsure between two sizes, go larger — prints almost always look better bigger than expected.

Getting it right

How to measure
yourself

Three measurements cover everything you need for Afrofa clothing. Use a soft measuring tape — not a rigid ruler. Measure over light underlayers, not heavy clothing.

The three measurements

Chest
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, under your arms. Keep it snug but comfortable — parallel to the ground.

Waist
Measure around your natural waist — the narrowest part, usually 2–3cm above your belly button. Stand naturally, do not breathe in.
3
Body length
Measure from the top of your shoulder to where you want the garment to end. For t-shirts typically to the hip, hoodies slightly longer.
Pro tip: The most accurate method is to measure a well-fitting garment you already own laid flat — measure the chest width across one side and double it, and the body length from the top of the shoulder seam.
Tolerance: Garment measurements may vary by up to 1.5cm (0.6") due to production tolerances. This is standard across the industry and does not affect fit.
