We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, and our shipping policy is designed to keep you informed about how and when your orders will be delivered from our online print-on-demand apparel store www.afrofa.com.

1. General Shipping Information

1.1. Processing Time: As a print-on-demand store, each product is made upon order. Processing times typically range from 2-7 business days, depending on the item and production volume.

1.2. Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped and estimated to arrive within:

  • Domestic (EU): 5-10 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days

1.3. Total Delivery Time: The total time from order placement to delivery includes both processing and shipping time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or carrier issues.

2. Shipping Destinations

2.1. We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including all European Union member states.

2.2. Some countries may have restrictions due to local regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified at checkout.

3.1  We ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to:

  • Customs Fees: These are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your country’s customs regulations.

  • Import Taxes: Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout or collected upon delivery.

3. Shipping Rates

3.1. Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

3.2. Free Shipping: We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website or via email.

3.3. Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost, with rates and options displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

4.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. 4.2. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect in the system.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

5.1. EU Orders: VAT is included in the final purchase price.

5.2. International Orders: Customers outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

6.1. Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact us at store.afrofa@gmail.com 

6.2. Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue cannot be resolved, reach out within 30 days of the marked delivery date.

6.3. Incorrect Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses. Hence please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Afrofa.com is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues

7.1. If an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

7.2. If an order is significantly delayed or lost, we will work with you to find a resolution, including reshipping or refunding when applicable.

 8. Returns and Exchanges

8.1. Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at store.afrofa@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we’ll gladly assist you.
